*IMPORTANT Self-care message* This episode is a sensitive one and it may be difficult to listen to for some people. Therefore please do look after yourself and make sure you reach out for help & support if it evokes some difficult emotions and feelings.

The topic is childhood abuse.  The Muslim community is not immune to being affected by physical, emotional and sexual childhood abuse and it is imperative we understand, recognise and deal with abuse when it happens.
